Hidden behind a store at the base of a condominium is a bakery gem. Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie offers a wide variety of sweets and baked goods that will make your mouth water. The interior is clean, modern and sophisticated. I obviously got a box of French macarons, their best sellers. The macarons were dense, not too sweet and quite filling. I also tried one of their classic croissants and no other croissant could ever compare. It was flaky, fresh and somewhat melted in my mouth similar to cotton candy. They offer other desserts such as tarts, parfaits, cookies, cupcakes and more. The service was exceptional. Bisous Bisous has a lot to choose from on their menu including hot or iced coffees. If you’re looking for a place to chill or grab some macs and walk around the West Village, this is the place to go.
