Back at it again

The Eagles started their season 4-0 in district play and competed out of district versus Dutch Fork from South Carolina and were victorious for a combined 5-0 record. The Eagles are coming off a second straight state title and look to cap this season off with a third victory.

The team will be without senior offensive lineman Bobby Evans for the rest of the season due to a torn ACL.

The Eagles also have a new look team now that some of their key players like Cole Carter, Christian Sam and Tay Evans have all moved on to college.

They still however have many weapons on the offensive side like senior quarterback and Texas A&M commit Kyler Murray and senior wide receiver and Notre Dame commit Jaylen Guyton to provide the points.

The Eagles have a tough final stretch left on their schedule with the final games being against Flower Mound, Plano West and Plano East.

The teams’ mental and physical toughness will be tested and has been tested throughout the season due to the team playing every game away from Eagle Stadium.
