“The most fascinating thing about language to me is that it gives you the ability to communicate with millions of other people all around the world. You [have] the opportunity to learn about another culture and put yourself in somebody else’s shoes, and look at [the] world from their viewpoint. I am currently learning Russian and Portuguese, and I speak German and Spanish. I am [also] trying to revive my love for French. I [started] to learn Russian because, I wanted a new perspective on cultures in eastern Europe. After visiting Russia, I was immediately hooked and wanted to learn Russian.”
