Date night

There isn’t anything quite like a concert. You’re in this gigantic space packed with people who love the same music as you. People are laughing and dancing, screaming at the top of their lungs and singing slightly off key. Concerts make for a perfect date because it’s a really memorable moment to share with a memorable person. A concert isn’t like going to see a movie or going on your basic dinner date; it is an hour that you will remember for a lifetime. Whether you are going to see your favorite band or someone you barely even know the name of, a concert will definitely make for an interesting night.

There isn’t a whole lot that breakfast for dinner can’t heal. So for my date I headed to IHOP, mainly because it was late and IHOP was the only thing still open that sounded decent. I ordered the Rooty Tooty Jr. with extra strawberries and whipped cream, and my friends split a yummy plate of mozzarella sticks and traditional pancakes. I think the only downside to IHOP is that the chocolate milk is $3.99, which could probably buy a tall Starbucks frap. But even with the overpriced milk, IHOP is a casual and fun place to spend a late dinner date.

For dessert, Smoothie King is the place to go. There is a flavor for anything, whether you’re in the mood for chocolate and peanut butter or something more fruity. If you’re anything like me, I strongly recommend the Angel Food, which is basically your regular strawberry banana smoothie, except better. Plus, despite what smoothie you decide to try, it will be a healthy alternative to ice cream or any other dessert you can think of.
